Excellent all the way around! Came right on the time they said they would, set up quickly, and even came back over to help fix the hose when it got pushed out of alignment. The kids loved it (ages 3-7) and even I went down a few times! Were also prompt on their time to pack it up. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Tiky Jumps Inflatables truly saved the day for our Fall Festival! We were only a couple of days away from our event, and they went above and beyond to make it happen — even waiving the short-notice fee and giving us a great package deal. Their event staff was amazing — professional, friendly, and jumped right in to help us, even assisting with running concessions! Everything ran smoothly, and the kids (and adults!) had an absolute blast. We’ll definitely be using Tiky Jumps again for future events. Highly recommend them for their excellent service, flexibility, and genuine care for their customers!

I had multiple changes. I called several times to make sure I understood delivery and pickup times also called to understand their policies. A couple of days before my delivery date the forecast was rain. I called again, with concerns about rain and was told no problem I had one year to reschedule. The patience, professionalism and commitment to ensure our event would be a success from initial contact to my last interaction was a very positive experience. I will continue to do business with this company. I will reschedule in a couple of weeks/months. I am looking forward rescheduling our event with this company.

I’ve used Tiki Jumps for years for my children’s birthday parties!! They are always reliable and do a great job. This is a picture from my son’s 5th birthday. ☺️ He LOVED this fire truck inflatable. Really made the post special.

This is our second year using Tiky Jumps and both times they did a great job! They were flexible with not only changing our delivery date (due to rain), but they also allowed us to add another bouncy to our order at the very last minute. We will definitely use them again next year!
