I seriously wish there were a way to give more than just five stars to this company! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jumping Hearts Party Rentals went ABOVE and BEYOND to make my daughter’s birthday a HUGE success this past weekend!! From the moment I called to discuss what I was looking for, to the ease of using their online booking portal, to the incredible team who delivered, set up, and picked up the bounce house—everyone was kind, friendly, incredibly helpful, and absolutely amazing to work with every step of the way! The entire process was seamless. Their pricing is great, and their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stands out!! You can tell they genuinely care by how much they strive to go above and beyond to make your event special!! I will absolutely be using them again, and referring them to EVERYONE I know! Jumping Hearts was such a pleasure to work with in planning for our daughter’s 16th birthday party. They were very quick to communicate and understanding with weather being unpredictable especially in Tennessee. We were able to make the final call the day before the scheduled party with the security of knowing we could post pine it to the next year! They came and set up so quickly and so fast breaking it down! All the teens and adults had a blast and definitely would love to do it again!

We’re so glad we went with Jumping Hearts. They were thorough, professional, and personable. The bounce house looked great and they delivered it at a great time. They also offered to pick it up the next day which was great for us!

The Jumping Hearts was an amazing experience. The Mickey Mouse Jumphouse made the party even more spectacular. Great customer service and on time. I will definitely rent from them again.

Excellent customer service before and after! Kind, attentive and on time. Easy to communicate with them befroee, during and after our event. Plus the bounce house with birthday banner was spectacular! Highly recommend.
