Sound Level Events was amazing to work with! Our annual event, A Night in D9 hosted by School Board Member Luisa Santos, brings together schools across our district and community members to celebrate a student talent showcase. This year, Sound Level truly elevated the experience beyond anything we’ve done in the past. They brought expertise, professionalism, and white-glove service. The team was always willing to hop on the phone to answer questions and was consistently communicative and informative throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our event’s unique needs and approached every step of the planning with positivity and care. We felt confident and supported every step of the way. On the day of the event, the technicians were proactive, kind, and highly professional. Delivery and setup were seamless, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, I can’t recommend Sound Level Events highly enough. We will absolutely keep them in mind for future events!

I’m Vicki Amar, Owner and lead certified wedding planner and Designer at Amarvelous Event. I recently planned a wedding and wedding after party and had the pleasure to work with Sound Level Events and Productions, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From a planning perspective, their customer service is top-tier. They were incredibly speedy to hop on calls with my clients to ensure every detail of their vision was heard, and their turnaround time for proposals and contracts was impressive. For our recent wedding after-party/Super Bowl watch party, their technical preparation was unmatched. They actually invested in new equipment to ensure we had zero connection issues and had 'backups for backups' in place so we never lost coverage. They showed up early with a full, efficient staff that worked hard all day while remaining completely respectful of the venue space. Beyond their stellar AV and production work, I have also worked with them as DJs, and they are wonderful at reading the room and keeping the energy high. They are the absolute picture of professionalism. As a planner, I am always thrilled to see them on a vendor list because I know my clients are in the best possible hands. Can’t wait to work with them again and truly can’t recommend them enough.

Eddy Gill was amazing from start to finish for my daughters Quince. He was excellent as an MC as well as keeping with the timeline created. What I most enjoyed was that he really read the room in terms of the music-made changes when changes were needed and kept everyone dancing from start to finish. My family, friends, and my daughter’s friends all agreed that it was hard to stay off the dance floor with the play list. Definitely recommended.

The Sound Level team is amazing! My daughter’s 15th birthday was everything I hoped for and more. I booked their services about a year in advance, and throughout that time, Eddy patiently walked me through different ideas and options for the event. I had a hard time visualizing the final look, but Eddy kept offering suggestions until he confidently said, “I’ve got this—trust me and the team, we won’t disappoint you.” And he absolutely delivered! My daughter wanted her party to be fun, and once again, Sound Level did not disappoint. A few weeks before the event, we received an app where my daughter, family, and friends could add their favorite songs—and even note what not to play. We submitted everything, and the team respected our requests perfectly. From kids to grandparents, everyone danced the night away! I truly can’t express how thankful I am for your help, patience, and support. You've given us memories that will last a lifetime.

From beginning to end, our experience with Sound Level Events was top notch. They are true professionals. The team was a pleasure to work with. With short notice they were able to pull off our event. Eddie reassured us he would be there to make sure everything was perfect and he really came through. Highly recommend!
