I live in Los Angeles and needed Sound & Visual equipment for an event I was hosting in Miami. Flying in to Miami and pulling off the event all in one day and not having prior knowledge or experience with Miami Sound Rental had me very anxious. My 1st interaction was with Mario sales rep. Mario was professional. Responsive and efficient handling my order. I arrived in Miami the morning of the event. I received a call from Josh the A/V tech that he was in route to the venue. Josh arrived with an assistant. Josh took charge ,was VERY professional in our interaction and setting up the equipment and making sure I was comfortable with the systems operation. The event was a Hugh success. Miami Sound Rental gets a double thumbs up from me.

Very prompt and attentive communication. They came on time for both drop off and pick up and worked quickly to get us set up. The hotel was going to charge us over $3000 for two TV Rentals. Miami Sound Rental was MUCH more competitive. Will definitely use them for any future needs.

Great service from beginning to end. It was very easy to work with Mario for the order and Allen for the delivery and install. Good communication, timely service, and the equipment worked perfectly for our business conference. Allen took his time during setup making sure everything was exactly as needed. I highly recommend Miami Sound Rental and would use them again.
