I ordered from Simply Balloons all the way from Bermuda, and they were absolutely fantastic! They delivered straight to my hotel in Jackson, MS and the balloons looked perfect, and not a single one deflated. Everything was exactly how I requested it, and their professionalism was top tier. I would definitely use them again! I highly recommended!

Ms. Sarah was absolutely phenomenal! I initially scheduled my balloon delivery for 5–6pm , but due to a last-minute shift in plans, I requested to move it up to 4–5pm. Without hesitation, she accommodated the change with professionalism. Her balloon arrangement was nothing short of spectacular, beautifully designed and flawlessly executed. Beyond her exceptional work, she went the extra mile by offering to help tie up a few loose ends at the event, which was a lifesaver during crunch time. Can I rate this post higher than 5 ? Absolutely amazing professional work and service! I thank you Ms.Sarah for making my dad’s birthday special! I am out of Houston and was looking for small businesses to deliver and make my dad’s birthday special and she did just that . She communicated effectively , prices were very reasonable and she was super sweet and helpful. My delivery was delivered on time , she communicated prior to delivery and after . I was really late getting her the message for his card but she was so patient, kind , and understanding. Thanks so much I am excited to continue to do all of my business from out of town with you.
