Working with Jhazmhon was an amazing experience. She provided her planning and decor services which turned out better than I expected. We had an issue with our venue double booking our wedding date but thanks to her advocating for me and my husband, we were able to get more accommodations. Major shoutout to her and her team!

**Edit**: The owner reached out and offered clarity into the situation and was very apologetic. I appreciate Jhazmhon taking the time to address my frustration and concerns from the way things originally unfolded. While I unfortunately did not get a chance to utilize Ms. Westโ€™s service, her work more than speaks for its self.** My first impression unfortunately felt very unprofessional. The booking website allowed me to make an โ€œafter hourโ€ appointment during a time I was unaware that the business was actually closed. The response via email felt unapologetic and made me feel like the business could care less for the effort and time we lost. Despite receiving confirmation emails and appointment reminders, no one ever noticed or reached out ahead of time so me and my fiance could have made plans to reschedule accordingly. Only one attempt to reschedule the appointment was made, but after we had sat in a zoom waiting room for over 30+ mins. And all for times that would not work for me and my fianceโ€™s schedule. We both had already taken time off work and we couldnโ€™t get that back for the original appointment we had booked in the first place. Then, communication simply stopped altogether. I was ultimately bummed and frustrated the situation played out the way it did and I ended up having to take my business elsewhere.
