3 years agoI searched and googled and read so many reviews trying to find a dependable rental company. (I was planning a birthday party out of state) Jeremy was beyond fantastic and put my mind at ease. He is great with communicating and working with me as well. I ordered two round tables, 16 chairs with cushions and two white table cloths everything was clean and super crispy honey!! The party turned out perfect and the pick up was super smooth and quick. I’ll be using Events Rental Factory for all of my party rental needs and telling everyone else about them too!! Thanks I’m sure I’ll be seeing again!!

3 years agoJeremy is THE BEST! He is always so accurate with his items, they are so clean, so nice! Like you just bought them ! He is so helping, so friendly! I honestly can’t thank him enough for being such a helpful vendor! For my last event I was horribly late , and I thought I am not going to cope up with all that… like putting tables, chairs… when I came - everything was ready and the linen was nicely put on the table. Every time I have a booking for the items I may rent from him , I know - I can rely on Jeremy 100% . I love working with this kind of people!!!!

With all the things we rented and the countless changes we had to make he made us feel at ease and the process was so simple and extremely easy. He definitely helped make our wedding amazing!!!
