Would not recommend this place. Absolutely no communication. They left the inflatable ripped and untied. Holes covered with duct tape on the slide. Unprofessional. They don’t answer the business number or email. I called, texted and emailed the day before and the day of, when they expected to be here or to let me know when they’re on their way, got nothing, as soon as I left I get a call saying they’re here and no one is here. They left my inflatable unusable, called (Lance) minutes after they left and no answer. Got managers number eventually and he said he’ll let me know if they can send someone the next day, never heard back. 2 people showed up 30 minutes before the party to patch up the tear and to stake the slide down, and brought an extension cord, which should’ve all been done the first time. They came to pick it up, guy with glasses seems like he hates his job complaining and sighing the whole time. After all this I still went out to help only for him to keep complaining. Only rating 1 star because of lack of integrity, unprofessionalism & no communication.

Horrible company! Will never use them again. They gave me a dirty inflatable and will not refund us. All the kids at the party were covered in grass that was inside the bouncy house. Their policy is when you take it then no refund. I was never given the option to look at the bouncy house blown up to check it for dirt and grass. When I arrived at my scheduled pick up time for the inflatable, it wasn’t even ready. The poor girl had to dig it out of storage all by herself and load the heavy thing. Never was I given the option to check it was CLEAN before taking it. Shame on this company!!

I've had good experience with the past owner and her husband before. I want to give a half a star but I guess one will have to do. I'm a returning customer and didn't expect this. I wasn't told on Thursday, when I picked up the rental about this, but NO WHERE in the CONTRACT ( in the pics attached) does it say that when you drop off on Monday you have to unload the inflatable, sand bags or stakes and blower by yourself or you can get charged $35 for them to unload it from your vehicle. I was asked if I received a text with it telling me this. I never once received the text. I have received 6 emails of a "friendly reminder of drop off time." That's all back to back emails. The lady then proceeds to tell me well, I can charge your card if you like. I told her I didn't have the money & this wasn't told to me other wise, I would of waited till my husband got off of work. I had to unload the inflatable myself with a bad back. I was going to rent again in August but after this today it won't be happening. Communication is a big thing with your customers and that is something they don't have and are lacking.

My parents got a bouncy house for my son’s 2nd bday party and it was so dirty! It was supposed to be for kids to play on- but it wasn’t ideal for that because it was filled with grass inside! When returning it, my parents advised them of that, and told them they were returning it in the condition we received it. As of today, they were charged an extra $55 because the company had to “reroll the bouncy house because it didn’t meet their standards” but they were made aware of the standards we received it in because we told them when returning it!! This was just a way to get extra money out people- they deserve a full refund because we only took the bouncy house because IT WAS ROLLED UP AND WE COULDNT SEE HOW DIRTY IT WAS WHEN IT WAS ROLLED UP AND DEFLATED. Will never rent from this place again, and horrible customer service.

They have great customer service their office staff is amazing and we rent a Rockwall for our corporate picnic. This was an amazing event. thank you Michelle and the team
