So happy we went with Party Rentals of VA for our bounce house! Dan was great, and even though I was a little skeptical of how “easy” he said it would be to set up, it really was. I rolled it out of my truck myself, unfolded it, and had it inflating in 10 minutes. The kids are having the time of their lives (even after dark, with flashlights! 😂). Don’t hesitate to use these guys for your next party. The price and convenience can’t be beat!

Got a bounce/slide combo for my kids' bday party. Kids loved every bit of it, and the price is significantly better than the competition. 225 and I got to have it the entire weekend. l Picked up Friday anytime during business hours return on Monday before closing. It's great got to use it before and after the birthday party. Already have another reserved for my sons bday. Update just picked up another bounce house for my sons birthday on memorial day and the kids are loving it already. I will definitely keep coming back every birthday

Very smooth pickup and drop off process. Convenient location on Colley with parking on site. I really appreciated that we could pick it up on Friday and drop it off on Monday. It made all the logistics over the weekend so much smoother. We got the princess bouncy house and it fit great on our double wide driveway. We have a few more rentals with them and we are excited! Thanks for a great weekend!

I wanted to reserve some chairs and tables from this business for my small wedding ceremony that is a few months away and unfortunately the customer service has fallen short. I initially emailed with the required information listed on Party Rentals site and received a very speedy reply after business hours on a Saturday. Dan had informed me that he had what I needed in stock and would send me a quote come Monday when business hours resumed. I emailed back that that was perfect. Come Monday I had no email nor Tuesday and so on. I gave a full business week awaiting a response for a quote and nothing. So, I emailed again the following Monday and Dan replied apologizing and with a quote immediately and to let him know if I wanted to reserve. When I opened the quote it was incorrect and not what I requested regarding the quantity of chairs and tables. So I emailed back again that yes I want to reserve however the quote is incorrect and needs correcting, and also the table style specified appeared wrong and I wanted to make sure I was receiving what I initially requested. Two days from that email and no further correspondence from Dan. I'm not sure if Party Favors does not want my business because it's a small wedding and they wouldn't make as much money from me as a larger wedding or what. Needless to say I will be looking elsewhere for more professional reliability when conducting service. Brides don't need the added stress of unanswered emails when they are trying to check necessities off their list.

I needed chairs and tables for my kids birthday party. I called first and the owner great! He answered all of my questions for me. I came by to pick up everything and I was in and out! There were guys there to put everything in my car. I came back to drop off everything and the workers were able to take everything out of my car for me! Extremely convenient!!!! I had such a great experience with this place. Great customer service, they had a lot of inventory. I will recommend to everyone!
