IBA rentals helped make my dream backyard wedding come true! They worked with us, answered all our questions and made sure we had all the right materials for our day. They came the day before our wedding and the crew that helped set up were absolute Rockstars. They were in communication the week leading up, right to arrival, and when they arrived they made sure to make it as easy for us as possible. We recently worked with IBA to secure some rentals for our client's wedding in Charleston. They were efficient and kind communicators, which we always appreciate as wedding planners! There was a small discrepancy with a table size on the delivery day, but the team was determined to return with the correct size as soon as possible - which they did and we were very grateful. I had such a great experience renting from IBA Rentals! I rented a table, chairs, tent, backdrop, and settee, and the entire process was so easy from start to finish. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful, communicating clearly and quickly by email, phone, and in person. They helped me decide exactly what I needed and offered great suggestions on different options. It’s because of them that the vision for my party came to life!! When it came time for delivery and pickup, they were so accommodating and worked with me to find times that suited both of us. Setup and teardown were quick and seamless, and they even took the weather into account to make sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated their professionalism, flexibility, and kindness. I’ll definitely be renting from IBA Rentals again! IBA team, thank you so much for helping me bring together everything I needed to celebrate my birthday, I couldn’t have done it without you!

IBA was a pleasure to work with. Every step of the way was easy and anytime I had questions, I always got a quick answer. I rented event furniture for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding and reception with IBA. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service and the quality of the rental items. On-time delivery and pick-up and a great staff! Highly recommend.
