We’ve had the pleasure of working with Janine for over 5+ years for events at Sedgefield Country Club, and she continues to exceed expectations every single time. Janine is an incredible help with all event reservation needs and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. She consistently checks in to confirm we have the correct equipment, stays on top of every detail, and is always available to answer phone calls, emails, and even texts — even when she’s out of the office! What truly sets Janine apart is her dedication and willingness to accommodate last-minute changes or corrections without hesitation. She makes the rental process completely stress-free and seamless. Janine is always friendly, professional, direct, and incredibly accommodating, making communication easy and efficient. She is truly a tremendous asset to the company, and we always look forward to working with her whenever we host events at Sedgefield Country Club. Working with Janine makes rentals an absolute breeze!

I had a wonderful experience working with Party Reflections for a recent Columbia, SC event. Kent was an absolute pleasure to partner with throughout the process. He was incredibly patient as I worked through the design from afar + remained flexible every step of the way. He needs a giant raise. What truly set this team apart was their willingness to go above + beyond. In addition to flawlessly executing their own scope, they assisted with the pickup + return of non-Party Reflections rental items, which made a significant impact on overall event logistics. Their inventory is also worth noting. Beyond the core essentials, they offer a beautiful selection of rugs, chairs, tabletop pieces + specialty glassware that elevated the overall design. On-site, their delivery + pickup team was professional, courteous + efficient. I highly recommend Party Reflections! If I'm back in SC, they will be on my vendor list.

Party Reflections is an amazing rental company. We are a wedding venue in Wilmington, NC, and have seen amazing rentals from Party Reflections. The team is amazing to work with, and everybody was so kind and hospitable. We hope to see Party Reflections at Sycamore Bend more. 100% would recommend

Normally, like most people, I would only write a review if I’ve had a really perfect experience, or a really terrible one. But I felt like it was important to write one here because although I had a hiccup, I would absolutely use this company again. Things happen. As a planner, things happen quite often—but it’s how you navigate that together which shows me a company’s integrity, character and desire for true partnership. I was given the challenge of creating a wedding at a venue that is 8 hours away from my hometown. Because of this, I didn’t have the opportunity to view the venue, nor any of my linen choices, chargers, etc. To help me execute my vision, I had to rely heavily on Kent at Party Reflections with whom I had never worked with before. Kent was extremely responsive and kind during the entire planning process. He was patient and really worked to understand my specific needs. He accommodated our budget to the best of his ability, and provided me with alternatives when necessary. When the linens arrived, the color of the linens differed from the way it reflected on the website. In a perfect world if I were local, I would’ve been able to view the linens in person prior to the event. However, as soon as Kent sensed my disappointment, he worked to ease all of my concerns. We partnered together and the event ultimately looked beautiful (see attached picture). To me, because of the way this hiccup was handled, I would absolutely use Party Reflections again. Kent, and the General Manager were beyond gracious, patient, understanding and helpful. My client was pleased with the final product and I am proud to have partnered with Party Reflections to create such a wonderful event. Thank you Kent for your willingness to meet me in the middle, and completely make this event a success.
