Went and wanted to just view some chairs. Did not know you had to have an appt and was met outside and we couldn’t even come in. It made us feel as if people like us is not welcomed. 0/10 definitely would not recommend

Linda and Toy were both very nice and tried their best to accommodate my wedding needs. They were very patient even though I made last minute changes to my orders. Linda even let me take home linen color samples to test out with other wedding decor. They special ordered more of the periwinkle colored napkins for me that were difficult to find elsewhere. Only reason they did not get 5 stars is due to not always being responsive via phone and limited hours due to being short staffed. However was responsive via FB messenger

Customer service is fair. I made a reservation for items and once it was delivered I was missing 2 items. I couldn't call because they were closed on Saturday once it was noticed. I called Monday morning to advise them and they told me it was not on my receipt and I was never charged however I reserved it because it was on my copy receipt but what happened was the last lady I spoke with, removed it and never told me. I never asked for it to be removed so I ended up using a bed sheet to cover the ugly brown table for my wedding reception which was unacceptable. They just really acted like they didn't want to handle it and was tired of talking about it with me. I believe in great customer service and I feel as if I did not get that.
