Brendle took care of our daughter's wedding this past weekend at our farm and did an AMAZING job! The tents were beautiful and they took care of every single detail! They provided all seating, tables, wine glasses, etc. Just can't say enough good things! We will be using them in the future. Top notch!

We rented tables, china, champagne flutes & water goblets. I would look else where. Sadly their rentals are old, worn out, dirty and in bad need of being replaced. Plus they charge as much and in my case, more than a rental company from near Birmingham. After adding the delivery & pickup fee, not even a setup fee, we saved $300 by going with a company further away. It’s sad & pathetic but as long as people keep renting from them, it won’t change. Brendles needs to trash all their stuff and start over. When I commented on the condition of the table tops, I was told it didn’t matter bc they get co weed. Well, it does matter. Glasses don’t sit well on a chipped up table top.

Rented some white chairs months in advance from my event date. I pick them up for the weekend and they’re filthy… I would never ask my guests to sit on those chairs with their nice clothes. The glitter on them tells me that they didn’t even spray them down before they gave them to me. It looked like if they just left them outside all winter. They were scratched so bad it looked like someone tried to use them as a sled on pavement. I spent HOURS the day before my wedding scrubbing these chairs with magic erasers when I needed to be doing so many other things. And they still looked bad! But Brendle definitely got them back in better shape than they gave them to me in.

I rented over 300 white chairs from here for an event. The chairs were delivered so dirty they looked like they left a red dirt fight. My team and I spent 2hours whipping and cleaning the chairs. Which wasn’t apart of the agreement. I was expecting clean white chairs. Not to mention visible rusted nails protruding out of some of the seats of the chairs. I reached out to Brandies only to be told they noticed 38 chairs had been cleaned out of the 300 disgusting chairs they delivered. They do not take accountability or responsibility for their subpar service they provide. I will not rent from here ever again I advise everyone to think twice before renting here. Wish I had checked the reviews before renting . As I see they are notorious for renting dirty tables and chairs and refuse to do anything about it. I also took pictures to prove the poor dirty, dangerous condition the chairs were in. I’m still requesting a partial refund .
