I cannot recommend Ballou Designs enough! I recently ordered a custom balloon garland kit for my daughter's baby shower in Charleston, South Carolina, and the entire experience was absolutely amazing. I had a specific vision in mind, and she brought it to life perfectly. The colors, design, and attention to detail were exactly what I had hoped for—and even better than I imagined. What impressed me most was how simple she made everything. The instructions were incredibly easy to follow, making setup stress-free even while traveling and planning an event away from home. Her communication was fantastic from start to finish, and she was always kind, responsive, reliable, and genuinely excited to help. It's rare to find someone who is not only talented but also so wonderful to work with. If you're looking for beautiful balloon designs and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend her. I will absolutely be ordering again!

Michelle is a balloon artist! She has created several unique designs for our parties and baby showers and it is always amazing! If you've ever tried to put together a balloon arch on your own you understand why she's so worth it!

Thank you so much to Michelle and the Ballou Designs team for creating gorgeous balloon installations for my friend Lauren’s baby sprinkle yesterday! Michelle is great to work with - kind, prompt, and completely understood my vision for the shower aesthetic I was trying to create. The balloon colors were perfect, setup was a breeze, and all of Lauren’s guests commented on how beautiful and special the balloons helped make event.
