2 years agoI have to say how disappointing I was. After searching for a balloon for a special event I was some what relieved when the owner took my call. I was at the last day to get them and she stated that she had them in stock and not to worry she would call her husbands and arrange a time to meet. Several hours went by and even into the next two days of attempting to reach and no reply to calls, text, and emails. I understand that something could have came up . I week has gone by and still no call back. Unfortunately, the event wasn't done and I have lost a customer myself for failure to produce.
