ZimZoom Photo Booth was a hit at our December wedding! :) The attendant was professional and kind. Our guests loved the black and white photo strips. However, 4 stars because they ran out of photo strips with plenty of time left in the reception. My parents (parents of the bride) did not even get a strip! We would have rather had more photo strips available for our guests than received both digital and physical copies of each photo. 5/26 EDIT: ZimZoom reached out to me personally to make things right. :) They apologized and explained the reason for the mishap. They are even printing photo strips with my photos of my parents from the reception! I greatly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. We would highly recommend them to friends.

We had the best experience with ZimZoom Photobooth at our wedding! Everything was smooth, fun, and such a hit with our guests from start to finish. Josh, who ran the photobooth station, was truly amazing. He was so kind, friendly, and professional, and made everyone feel comfortable and excited to jump in and have fun. His positive energy really set the tone. The photobooth itself was fantastic — easy to use, great quality photos, and nonstop fun throughout the night. Josh kept everything running seamlessly and was incredibly patient and engaging with everyone. If you’re considering a photobooth for your event, we cannot recommend ZimZoom enough. Having Josh there made the experience even better, and we’re so grateful they were part of our special day!

I used ZimZoom for both a Galentine's and Valentine's event. I booked last minute, and they were still extremely helpful, accommodating, and fun to work with. I used the Pro Booth and Nell did an amazing job with my guests to ensure they had great pictures. He was proactive and ensured a wonderful event. We used the Lite Booth for the second event and the team made sure we had many resources available to ensure proper setup. The team communicated clearly every time. Thank you Beck, Nell, and team ZimZoom!!

We had the absolute best experience from start to finish working with ZimZoom! I cannot recommend them highly enough. We threw a NYE party for our company while we were performing at the DPAC. Beck was incredibly helpful in walking us through our package options and figuring out the logistics. They have an incredible array of available backgrounds, layouts and fonts, which makes the process of coming up with your design a ton of fun. And then the execution day-of was seamless. Neil was an incredible host. The props were perfect for the occasion. And everyone left the night with a special souvenir for our time in Durham! Thank you to Beck and the team at ZimZoom for the perfect start to the new year!

We had Zim Zoom at our wedding and they were STELLAR. We had black/white and color options. All the guests loved it. We also got a box with all the photos in it and an online album which we will keep forever. The attendant was super nice. Photos looked fantastic.
