BUYERS BEWARE. I'm all about supporting local business that actually care for the LOCAL CUSTOMERS. I came in 2 days past their 5-day return policy to return basic plastic cups, white and blue napkins, — unopened everyday staple items— and was refused by the Owner. NO store credit, NO exchange, NO flexibility whatsoever. Local businesses thrive on loyal local customers, and a little flexibility goes a long way. To All Locals reading this, just buy from Amazon — much lower prices and no ridiculous 5-day return policy. Hard to justify shopping here.

Great selection of balloon colors and party supplies. They were able to help me with some last minute balloon arrangements and wrapped them in plastic bags so the balloons wouldn’t get dirty or fly away on the way out. Only thing is there were a couple balloons that popped right as I took them out of the bag, I’m assuming bad quality balloons. But it was fine for just a last minute arrangement.

Shady practice- Do not recommend this store and will be sure to share my experience with neighbors. I sent my niece to the store to purchase balloons to celebrate a recent college admission for my Senior. Unfortunately, when my niece returned with the bag of balloons, I saw that she was charged over $50!! I then called the store to ask if they could be returned and was told to check the receipt which indicated final sale. Mind you, this was less than 30 minutes after purchasing that my call was made and the product was unopened. I also requested a call back from the owner and I never received a call. It is my belief that if a merchant does not adequately inform customers BEFORE payment of such a policy (NOTE, POSTING A SIGN NEAR THE REGISTER AND NOT NEAR THE PRODUCT IS NOT SUFFICIENT), the business practice is SHADY and DECEPTIVE. The business owner, Ronnell, should really evaluate whether this practice is a detriment to her brand and maintaining support from the local community. I am 100% certain I will NEVER do business here again, and I will take every opportunity to inform/warn my NH neighbors to STAY AWAY from USA PARTY AND RENTALS.

Great Experience with the USA Party Store- they are a 1 stop shop for ALL supplies for birthdays and more- with a vast selection. We had some BIG balloon arches and creations and they color matched the theme for my wife. We also rented tables and chairs from them and the best part was the DELIVERY! They came early the morning of the party and setup the balloons and dropped off CLEAN tables and chairs- saved us so much time. Great accommodating staff and best prices for all the Balloon Creations. Will definitely use again!

I absolutely love USA Party store! The staff are always super helpful. They have assisted me with so many of my events over the past year at my school. Everything from a Brunch to a Prom! They’re balloon art work is amazing and they always deliver on time with fast set up and break down! It’s not many places that will come back and assist with break down. As an event coordinator and planner they truly are a one stop shop and are my go to party store for all of my events! They have helped me everything from balloon art to table covers and table rentals. They are black owned and women owned. If you have not shopped or used their services, you’re truly missing out!
