This was our first experience renting a bounce house, but UCR made the process so easy! They dropped it off early (which was awesome because it let our toddler have plenty of time to bounce on her own before friends arrived) and picked it up with no issues. The guy who did our drop off and pick up was super friendly and efficient, and the whole experience was smooth. The kiddos all loved the bounce house/slide combo that we got, and so did the adults who jumped in after the kiddos were done.

Had the best experience! We were able to rent a bounce house/water slide last minute for the 4 Th Of July! Cassie was quick to respond and deliver, the crew was quick and had a great set up and take down was just as easy! Will definitely be calling on them again!

Highly recommend. I couldn't get any other companies on the phone to answer my questions and finally spoke to Oscar who was so friendly and accommodating. We only rented tables and chairs but the process was smooth and easy. Will be using again!
