Roger was very enjoyable to work with and very accommodating. We ordered a 20 x 30 tent for my daughter‘s wedding and we weren’t sure if we would need a heater or not and there was also a change to the set up date that required a weekend set up, but Roger was accommodating to all of our changes and requests! The guys when they came to set up, albeit they were a little bit later than I would’ve liked, but they did get the job done. They were very nice and put it exactly where we wanted the tent and everything went according to plan. Thanks Roger for helping make our event special! -Susan F. Cincinnati, OH

We have used them for our annual community event at Tom Gill Chevrolet and they do a wonderful job and are very reliable! The communication was quick and easy. Their staff set up everything the way it needed to be and were very kind. The price is also very reasonable.

Tri State Tent & Party Rentals was great! Weather has not been my friend for past parties so we decided to rent a 20x20 tent, tables and chairs from Tri State for my daughter's graduation party.. The installation crew was great. The tent was perfect, the tables and chairs were clean and in nice condition. Roger's suggestion of string lights was a great addition. We will definitely use them again.

I’ve used Tri State Tent and Party Rentals twice now, and both experiences have been exceptional. Most recently, we hosted an appreciation lunch for our construction crews on an active job site, and Tri State made the entire process seamless. They set up a 30x45 tent the day before the event, placed it efficiently in our designated spot, and anchored it securely. A storm rolled through that night, and the tent held up perfectly—no issues at all. Their team was professional, punctual, and communicative from start to finish. I especially appreciated that Roger Werner, the CEO/President, was personally involved in the communications. That level of attention and personal touch speaks volumes about how much they value their customers. They also handled a last-minute request for 25 additional chairs without hesitation, which helped everything run smoothly. Tri State truly goes above and beyond—navigating the challenges of a construction site with ease, providing excellent service, and delivering peace of mind. I’ll absolutely continue using them and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality event rentals.

Can I just say how amazing they are!! Brought the tent and set it up on a Tuesday and god love Roger!! Weather was rain and cold so after working 60+ hours that week he made time to bring me more sides and a heater!!!! Highly recommended!!!!
