Wow, Wow, Wow! The service, the quality and the turnaround time were incredible. After receiving no response from another balloon company I came across balloonz. Tonya responded with a call (to my email). She worked with me to recreate an idea I had and I started by sending her pics of what I’d seen and had in mind. Turnaround: Tonya turned my request around in 12 hours from phone call (at 3 am because it was daytime in my location) to delivery (3pm US time). Easy to pay online via the link she sent. Service: I was overseas and couldn’t be there in person for the delivery to my parents. She took a video and photos and messaged them to me. Can you imagine the feeling I had to feel like I was there? To see my mom on video and her surprised expression! That service extra was unexpected and yet so appreciated. Quality: the balloon towers were amazing, well put together and my parents say still in their lounge room two months later (with some balloons still inflated). I’d 💯 use this business again.

I’ve had pleasant in-person experiences here, which makes leaving this review disappointing. I placed an order on June 25th and never received it. After multiple attempts to get an update, I finally asked for a refund. I was told the warehouse would be contacted and the gift card would be refunded, but I still haven’t received any follow-up, refund, or my order. I understand small businesses get overwhelmed. I help run one myself, but communication and resolving issues when they come up is important. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience.

So today was our girls 5th birthday party and Tonya blew me away! When I walked inside and saw what she had done I cried. It was more than I could have imagined and the pictures do not do today justice. Thank you for the bottom of my heart for making her birthday absolutely amazing! I will MOST definitely be booking again for our sons 1st birthday ❤️

Tonya is super talented. Not only is the shop inviting, but there is space in the back for gatherings of all sizes. BalloonZ has an excellent selection of balloons, sizes, and garland styles. I've had the opportunity to work with Tonya as a customer and partner on several events.

My husband and I just moved into the area and I really wanted to support local businesses in planning for my baby shower. I found this company online while searching for a balloon arch/ garland. First off, the website needs some serious work. When I went to place an order for a 3-4 foot garland with 3 balloon colors, the drop down option was for only a 10 foot garland and not all the colors shown in the photos were listed. This wasn't a big deal as I just called and the owner instructed me to write out what I wanted in the text box. Next, on the day of pick up, I went to the address listed in the email which was in North Raleigh. I showed up at the North Raleigh "location" and called asking for help finding the address. She laughed and said she moved shops to North Hills, which she failed to mention when I had called 30 minutes prior to let her know I was on my way. Whatever, not the biggest deal in the world although it was highly inconvenient to be driving all over town in the pouring rain. I picked up my balloon garland at the shop and this was a pretty seamless process; however, because of the terrible weather I didn't get a chance to really look at the garland until I got home. I had asked for white, light pink, and hot pink balloons. As you can see in the photos, there's all different shades of pink, some glossy and some matte. There were only 2 hot pink balloons, which were weirdly placed on one end. Some of the balloons were already deflating and there was ribbon popping out in all different places. My MIL & SIL, who were in charge of hanging the garland and have lots of experience with this, couldn't figure out how to hang it and instead propped it on the floor. Ultimately, this garland was not worth anything close to $125 and looked nothing like the photos on the website, which I'm now realizing are just stock photos.
