We rented a Mud machine for a week. We had a problem (didn’t really know what we were doing), and Carey (Kerry) shop foreman, came to the rescue! I was so impressed within 25 minutes, he was there, got us straightened out! Thank you so much! I highly recommend Sunbelt Rentals of Hattiesburg! We poured 800 Sq. Ft with this machine.

Rented a mini excavator for a week. Took a whole week of time off to work on my property with excavator. Ordered the biggest mini they had. Delivered, bucket fell off in 1st 2 hours. had to wait for them to fix it, seat will not adjust either. got equip. operator to work the excavator today, he said it was too small to dig up stumps quickly, i told sunbelt rhat is what I was using it for, i looked at paperwork, and they sent the mid-size mini. called sunbelt, they said they didnt have any larger ones available, asked if I wanted to talk to a manager, I said yes, suddenly the manager is on vacation until Monday, the day said equipment has to be returned. asked what they would do to get it right, and they hung up on me. Avoid if you need honest salesmen.

We’re DIY home. The employees at this location are unbelievably accommodating. They answer all of our concerns with informative answers. We’re never rushed either while renting or returning. I certainly appreciate all their understanding during this process. Thank y’all so very much. We will always use this location for anything and everything that we may need to rent.

I called and reserved a 34' lift, came in, grabbed it and went to work. I got about 45 minutes into the job and the batteries died on said machine. These guys took care of the entire situation in a professional manner. Sometimes things happen that we can not control, it's all about how you handle it once it happens. I'll definitely do more business here.

Just a really good group of folks that care about the people they service. My machine had an issue from the jump, which prevented me from using it for what I needed mostly. Between their service department and the Hattiesburg staff, they couldn't have handled the situation better. Stellar job crew!
