I've worked with Southern Events for 4+ years on multiple events per year, everything from 50-person cocktail parties to 650-person tented dinners, and they’ve been fantastic every time! Summer is wonderful to work with—super responsive, easy to communicate with, and always helpful throughout the planning process. Their team is reliable and the rentals are in great condition. Highly recommend for events of any size!

Southern Events was an outstanding partner for Davis House child advocacy center. From the very beginning, Summer’s expertise and creativity in the prop room made the planning process both easy and enjoyable. She helped us think through the details and brought ideas to the table that truly elevated the overall look and feel of our event. The delivery team was just as impressive. They arrived with great energy, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set exactly how we needed it. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a busy setup day run smoothly. What stood out even more was that the same level of energy and professionalism carried through to pickup. The team returned with the same friendly attitude and efficiency, making the entire rental process seamless from start to finish. Southern helped me when I was double booked by a company and didn’t have any idea how I was gonna rent a place and chairs n tables! My son’s 30th birthday was a success thanks to the tables n chairs we secured and the 2 young men that delivered called n let me know when they were 15 mins away and were so nice & friendly! Kari and Summer thank you for your patience!!! I’d rent from them again and will be recommending them to anyone in the area!!

We chose to pick up and drop off the rentals ourselves, and everything was smooth and well coordinated. The items were ready on time, clearly organized, and in great condition. Drop-off after the wedding was just as easy, which we truly appreciated after a long (but amazing!) weekend.
