I’ve used South MS Spacewalks for water slides twice now & they were great each time! Ordering via website is super easy, staff are very communicative & keep you updated on delivery, set-up was done completely by staff, equipment was clean & in great shape, & most importantly my kids had the best time!!

Worst bounce house rental company I’ve ever used. They showed up an hour and a half late and refused to do anything to make it right. There only solution was that they could pack it up and leave. The inflatable was covered in holes and dirty all the patch work was horrible it was struggling to stay inflated. On top of all of this they showed up hours earlier than what they were supposed to to pick the inflatable up. I’ve never seen a company that drops off at 12:30 on a Saturday and picks up at 10:30 on a Sunday and still charges full price. Customer service and dependability are horrible. Highly do not recommend

Very bad experience. Do not recommend! They were 3 hours late to my event and didn’t even give me a courtesy call to let me know ahead of time (I called them), when they finally did arrive and begin to setup their faulty/damaged extension cord began smoking and burnt up my electrical outlet under my patio and nearly caused a fire while my 1 year old daughter was 5 feet away from it, the bounce house and tables were filthy and not in proper or safe operating condition (the straps for the stakes to be inserted into the ground were ripped off on some of the sides) and they took very little accountability for the issues they caused, other than trying to negotiate the price and apologizing saying “it sucks this happened” and that “it was due to weather and having 11 other parties to setup for that day.” We ended up deciding to have them pack everything up and refused to sign the liability waiver or pay for any of the equipment once we saw the condition, on top of them already being late. Huge safety hazard, lack of professionalism, and was a headache overall and a really bad experience especially, for all of the kids at my party who were looking forward to the bounce house.

It was the best water slide I ever been on it arrived fast i been on that slide 5:34pm-8:11pm it was hard to get off lol 😂 thank yall for the best experience

Do NOT Book with this company. My nieces 1st birthday was ruined bc of this company. They over booked & came 3 hours late. The bounce house was so dirty and broken/ripped. We ended up canceling the whole set up and having them pack it up and leave. Very disappointing.
