We had a great rental experience with Rocket City Party Rentals! We opted to try something different and tried out the Foam Party Package. From booking to party time, they were excellent! They were patient with us as it’s a lot different with school rentals (paperwork, equipment, payment, etc.) They knew exactly what to do. On the day of our party, they arrived extra early to make sure everything was setup and ready on time. They were patient with our littles and provided such a fun experience! We didn’t didn’t have to do anything from setup to clean up! The kiddos said it was the best day ever!

Excellent customer service . Prompt communication and all cost were listed up front . The delivery/set up employees were very polite and professional . We were fortunate to have at no extra cost an extra day of use due to delivery schedules . My grandkids, neighborhood kids and even the adults had a wonderful time ! I would definitely use again and recommend Rocket City Party Rentals !

We rented the firehouse bounce house with dry slide for a birthday party for 3 year old twins. It ended up being even better than we anticipated - big bounce house and had it a bit longer than what we anticipated. Communication from the company was great, and the team that set up and took down were very professional and personable. Even in the middle of winter, this was a great option.

Rocket City Party Rentals saved the day and assisted in making our tenant appreciation party a success. We were able to place a reservation 5 days before our event and setup was complete within 5 minutes. Installers were careful with staking and provided guidance on bounce house placement. We highly recommend Rocket City Party Rentals

Hands down the best bounce rental company in Huntsville! Such a wonderful family to do business with! The entire family came out and helped us set up. They even helped us set up our tent. I could have talked to them for hours. Such a great family and company. Wish I could give 20 stars! Thanks again for making it happen and making our daughter's birthday so special. I just love y'all!
