From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. Ash and his team were professional, friendly, and made the whole process so easy. They delivered and set up the inflatable exactly on time, and it was in pristine condition. The kids absolutely loved it, and the quality of the bounce house was top-notch. Not only was the setup smooth, but the attention to safety and detail was very reassuring. Ash was communicative throughout, and even followed up after the event to make sure everything went well. If you're looking for a fun and stress-free way to make your event special, I highly recommend.

****Update to my review: We have used this company 2 times now. The first time (7 months ago) was for my daughters birthday..and we had a wonderful experience (first review listed below). The Second time was very disappointing!!...the company never showed up with the bounce house. We will not be using this company again..and we are warning our friends against it as well. Listed below is our second experience! Be warned!! Second Review: I booked a bounce house for Thanksgiving day since we were hosting and going to have a lot of kids over that day...(I was surprised they were open that day...but it allowed me to book it (2 weeks prior to event) and I received a confirmation email..just like i had the time before). So, I thought everything was fine, and our kids were very excited about it. However, I never received a phone call the day before the event..like it stated I would. Also, they never showed up the day of the event. I called them several times and left voicemails. I also texted them multiple times and emailed them. To this day..I still haven't gotten a response from them. I hope all is well with Sammy (who runs the company)!..but I would have appreciated some sort of response. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. If they weren't operating on a holiday..I should have never been able to book it (and receive a confirmation email about it). I am thankful we didn't select the pay ahead option. All of this to say...I would be cautious in booking this company. First Review: I am so glad we decided to book with this company for my daughter's birthday party. It was very easy to reserve a bounce house online..and Samy called me the next day (and emailed me an invoice the next day also) to confirm that he had received the reservation. The owner even adjusted the rental hours for us (in our benefit..with no additional cost) due to the threat of rain. He was very professional and easy to work with. We will definitely be renting from this company again!
