The manager here is exceptionally good. I appreciate a nicely run nation wide franchise. This one is a good little rent a center store. The products are good and the management is good. You don’t get better than that, in a retail store anywhere. Thanks guys.

Horrible customer service, rhe manager is usually okay, but went in the other day to ask about a product and the young African American girl did not want to tell us anything, completely unprofessional and I still haven't received my voucher for an item we returned, she said we can just look it up in the system but never looked it up in the system. She went in the back and just sat down, we had to literally make her get up and talk to us. Terrible customer service.

I have been to this store twice now, in all of my 12 years of being a rent a center customer, I am appalled at one of the workers there, her customer service skills are lacking SO MUCH, I have been hung up on and felt like I was talked down too. I moved to Mississippi from Washington left all my stuff in Washington hoping to build it back up again, sense when do you guys require a $100 down payment when it should be just the promo cost or weekly payment and such? Shouldn't it? Regardless her customer service skills left a sour taste in my mouth for this specific store.

Very unprofessional, store manger who have no empathy or passion about his job called him numerous of times regarding my schedule delivery and he kept giving me different time frames before I ended the call. He also mentioned that you’re so impatient. You can just wait till tomorrow.which I have been waiting all day long.
