Just wanted to send a message and let you know about an amazing employee you have. Last night, (01/18/26), I took my 3 kids to the Southwest Ranches Fair. My 7-year-old was terrified of the rides but really wanted to try the King Tut ride you had there. The attendant, Connor who worked last night reassured my son that it was a super fun ride and promised him he would go easy the first time he rode. Well, my son absolutely loved the ride and must have gone on it close to 20 times. By the end of the night, my son was yelling, "Higher, higher!" Please let Connor know he was really great, super accommodating, and really nice. It's not often you see younger adults take such pride in their work, but this he did. He really represents your company with pride and joy, and you should be very proud and honored to have him on your team. On behalf of my son and myself, thank you all very much for a great experience.

Madeline and the whole team at Premier Bounce N Slide are absolutely fantastic. Their customer service was top-notch - professional, responsive, and genuinely happy to help make our event a great one. Highly recommend!

Brian helped us out by booking the bounce house emerald castle and slide! He was looking for our best interest and so happy we got the slide. It truly paid off. They even did a early drop off for no charge ! My son was so happy. The men who dropped off and picked off were so polite, quick, and professional. It was affordable, quick, and easy. I definitely recommend them! They make planning a child’s birthday party so simple & easy!

We’ve rented from premier bounce house and slide for several years now and they have always been great. The drop off and pick up has always gone smoothly as well as the booking process. 10/10 we would recommend using them.

This is my second year renting a water slide from Premier Bounce. I can't say enough about their service. They allowed us to have the slide for more time and the communication was excellent. I recommend this place without out a doubt.
