We threw my grandson a construction themed birthday party this weekend and the supplies were limited for this theme. Annette went above and beyond with suggestions and ideas to incorporate outside ideas to pull it all together!!! She suggested a bubble blower that was a major hit for all of the kids and made sure to tell us refills were available too!! She informed us on all sale items for balloons and even helped us design the ballon clusters and set up a pick up time as soon as they opened! We had so many comments on the balloons and if I had business cards I would have given them out to everyone so they could use her!! With the Super Bowl being tomorrow, she let us know everything to throw a party for a small group at a reasonable price and made sure we knew what their hours were and the time for the game!! She was hands down a major factor in throwing this party!! Can’t wait to see what she recommends for Valentines Day!!

Shout out to the amazing staff that really helped me put together an amazing beautiful balloon arrangement for my daughter‘s birthday. They provided the best customer service I’ve ever had. I’m so glad that party wow is in Tuscalossa. It is so amazing to have great customer service and employees go over and beyond to provide the best experience in their store. I really appreciate that and especially shout out to Miss Annette who was amazing. To help me put my arrangements together I really appreciate you. I look forward to coming back the next time. I have a celebration. Thank you. You guys are very amazing asset to party wow. once again, thank you so much for making this day very special. I appreciate all the amazing staff

Went last Saturday to find my grandson a costume and we had a great experience. We were greeted several times and asked if we needed help. Friendly staff and plenty of options!

Two stars because the girl that helped me last night was super sweet and very patient. Unfortunately no one shared with me the lifespan of the balloons I purchased, so today right before someone’s birthday all the balloons are on the floor and won’t float. The girl only mentioned not having them in extreme hot or cold and she said they would be fine until my event today. I spent over $70 on all these balloons only for them to not last. I called the store hoping there was something they could do, but after waiting over 10 minutes for the less than enthusiastic employee to find a shift lead they informed me that I could either wait until the next day for a manager or repurchase all the balloons. I understand that they have policies and procedures to follow, but it didn’t seem like anyone cared or tried to help at all. If I had known that the balloons only last 8-10 hours why would I have purchased them last night knowing I wouldn’t need them until the next evening. I was just supposed to know how long the balloons would last and now I have to spend more money or just go without balloons. Not a great experience.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile! The associate Whitney went above & beyond to help me with my balloon order for a graduation. I will definitely keep shopping here!
