David was extremely professional and very personable. I was impressed with how clean the bouncy castle/slide combo was. The kids played on it the entire time that it was here, it was the highlight of our party. We also had tables and chairs delivered that were in perfect condition and came in handy for our event, this was a very convenient add on to our rental. David’s communication was very clear and made the process seamless. This was the first time using a rental company that had a personable touch to it and didn’t just feel transactional. Party Time will be my first call for any of our future party rentals!

I had the most incredible experience! I definitely waited way too long to book for an event, but David made me feel so confident and comfortable that everything would come together perfectly! And it did! I love that he took the time to really discover what would fit my event the best and I didn’t need to worry about a single thing. He had everything I needed to provide to the school for the event and took care of set up, take down and was there the entire time. I really love that it is a family run business and the pride in their business shows! The inflatable was extremely clean and in perfect condition. Our event was a huge success and the kids had the BEST time! I will certainly be booking with this company again! I highly recommend them!

We rented a giant waterslide from Party Time Event Rentals for my daughter’s birthday party, and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. David showed up well before the party started and took care of everything. Setup was smooth, fast, and professional. The slide was a huge hit with the kids (and a few adults too!). Everything was clean, safe, and in perfect condition. It made the whole day extra special. I’ll definitely be using Party Time Event Rentals again for future events. Highly recommended!

WOW!! Early, prompt, the team made the process seem effortless. Extremely friendly and professional. A family built business based on respect and love is so great to partner with when organizing an event for my special loved ones! It was full circle a positive experience. The bounce house allowed the kids to have fun in a safe space while parents got to hang out and catch up with family and friends. The bounce house was the center of the entire party and everyone was SO EXCITED! It was worth every penny because there is no price too high when it comes to making sure kids are going to stay active and engaged!! This is the best company I have rented a bounce house from in Hampton Roads!! No regrets!!

Awesome customer service !!! Ordered a bounce house for my son's party, David set it up, gave me the run down on safety procedures, and the equipment, & communicated with me throught the entire process. We will definitely be using them again. THANK YOU AGAIN!!
