Working with Party Connection was a seamless experience from start to finish. Their inventory is stunning, and everything was exactly as ordered. The wine glasses were crystal clear and the linens were pristine. Coordination with pickup and drop off was handled perfectly, which made the setup completely stress-free for us. We picked them up the Friday before and returned them the Monday after the wedding. Professional, reliable, and excellent quality—we couldn't have asked for more!

I've used Party Connection a few times. I've also used a few other companies for some rentals I had, but this company has been hands-down the best. They always have what I need, they make delivery simple and their guys do a great job at setting things up in a timely manner. When I need to make adjustments to my rentals or have questions, they're quick to help. I'll keep using them because I've had so many problems with the other companies around Memphis. I'll stick with Party Connection.

This was my second season renting from this company. When I returned my equipment, no one said anything was wrong with my returns.I was told the next day that a table cloth had burn spot on it. We are a non smoking family. I didn't think I had to check the table cloth before I picked them up. He said that he was charging me $40.00 for a new one. I wanted to know how can he determine which one I brought back from the others in the pile. I told him, "He just lost a future customer." He responded, "Good."I do not recommend this company. The lack of professionalism is apparent.
