THEY SAVED THE DAY!!! The company I hired to provide linens for my wedding was a no show. My coordinator reached out to Party Central last minute and they came through!! My coordinator was able to pick up the linens and get them set up well before my reception started. While I didn't coordinate with Party Central directly, I am so incredibly thankful they went above and beyond for me and ensured I had linens for my reception! Thank you for making my wedding dreams a reality!!

They did good work, but were very confusing to work and it was extremely difficult to understand what you are paying for, especially after the event when you keep getting random charges weeks after the event. We originally worked with our guy directly, then he started going through our planner instead of us closer to the event date. The day before the wedding he told our planner we had a credit that would cover us upgrading chairs and adding a wall to the tent so we were like okay ya why not if it's free, he never told us this directly, he never told us that we even had a credit to begin with (we honestly thought there was no credit, and that he just knew that he had been difficult so was trying to make it up to us) then after the wedding our card starts getting charged with no warning whatsoever or explanation on what we were getting charged for. After calling, we found out the very first charge was for things we were under the impression would be covered by this "credit" and that we added strictly under the impression we would not be paying for. Also, when they came to pick up the tent and rental items, at first said they could not find 4 tables and 4 linens, we knew they were both there and told them this (it was a personal property, if someone had taken or moved them, we would know), then they said oh okay we found the tables but someone must have taken the linens, we ended up paying for linens even though I'm sure if they looked again like they did with the tables, they would have found them since they were there that morning and not touched by any other vendors. We also had issues getting in touch with people when we were trying to make sure they had received our check payments, either he wouldn't answer the phone, the lady at the front would try to help, the accountant was unreachable, but overall it seemed unorganized. We also received very very damaged chivari chairs, but they did send someone out to try and touch them up after we complained. When dropping off the restroom trailer for the event, the delivery people also had no idea where to go and neither did we because that was not communicated to us (location, power source, water source) and we thought our guy would be there for drop off but he was not and wouldn't answer the phone for the delivery people so were super annoyed. All this to say: they did a good job with the labor, but the communication is below average.

Horrible customer service. Had to pay extra to the venue to put our chairs out because they never came to set them up OR take them down. Will never use this company again. Apparently when it was time to pick the chairs up, the owners couldn’t get in touch with the guys so they just never came to do it. Terrible.

Terrible customer service! Guy told us he was coming set up our chairs just to tell us 30 minutes after they left they wouldn’t set them up anymore! So we were left to set up 300 chairs by ourselves! Then NEVER came to pick up the chairs!

Rented a Margarita Machine for a weekend Party! I have to say I have traveled a good amount to tropical locations. These Margaritas were as good as any. In the words of the Beegee's, "You make me feel like dancing"...... And a little bit of streaking...
