Amazing service and a beautiful event. Kevin and his team set up ceremony lights for our wedding at the Bibb Mill and they were perfect. He made sure to listen to all of our wants and needs and made the space even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Thank you, Kevin!!

These folks are the greatest! I highly recommend Outdoor Events to everyone looking for chairs. The chairs we rented were beautiful and very comfortable. Prices are great and well worth it! And, they are the least expensive place for rentals. Thank you Outdoor Events for making our special day less stressful! You rock!!! Customer service is top notch!

I want to thank Outdoor Events for their awesome service! Their prices are great! Got way more for my buck than I expected. They were very helpful and accommodating. I was a little late to pick up my rental and they were nice enough to wait for my arrival. Just as well, I dropped off my rental around closing time (due to exhaustion from my event) and the office staff and warehouse workers remained professional. Because of their rental, my event was perfect! Everything I rented worked perfectly for my vision and the process was so easy even with last minute changes! If needed, I will be using them in the future!

I booked tables online and never received a follow up from the company. I called to make sure I would be getting the items I rented. I was told they don't rent items on Steeplechase Weekend. This company needs to communicate better by either 1) updating their online system to disallow purchases or 2) pick up the phone and call the customer to explain the situation. Now it's last minute to find the items I need.

Pam and Outdoor Events was a big help and had ALOT of patience with me for my daughters backyard wedding! The wedding was on Saturday and the weather in Columbus was looking good for the big day. Well 2 days before it rained hard for a short time and I called Pam on Friday morning at 8:00 and told her I needed tents! They were so professional and responsive and when they were finished the backyard looked fantastic! And as I feared..... at 8:00 just as a beautiful dinner was being served the sky opened up and it poured!!! Thank you Outdoor Events for your tents!!! l Saved the night!!
