National Audio Video Services went above and beyond in every possible way on extremely short notice to provide A/V services for a candlelight vigil held for Coach Tony Dimitri; a beloved area baseball coach who tragically passed away. Handling audio and video for an event like that requires not just technical skill, but care, professionalism, and empathy — and they delivered all of it flawlessly. Julia, Alex, Joe and Jon were incredible to work with from start to finish. They anticipated every need and brought out every piece of high-level equipment necessary to ensure the video and audio were absolutely perfect. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt overlooked, and everything simply worked — which allowed us to focus on honoring Tony the way he deserved. We are deeply grateful for their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness during such an emotional moment. Five stars isn’t enough.

We just moved into a new church building and wanted better for our lives! We were led to National Audio Visual Services and it was the greatest experience ever. I thank Alex and Julia for all their hard work and Christ Kingdom Church will be forever grateful. 5 star service all around.

Julia and the NAVS team have been exceptional to work with. They are responsive, reliable, they take pride in their work and it shows, they have always provided excellent followon service including training our users on new equipment, and on top of all that their pricing is fair. In short everything you could ask for from an AV vendor, 10/10 would recommend and will myself continue using them in the future.

The congregation of Dallas Dodd Church desperately needed to update its sound system. Alan and Julia of National Audio Visual were contacted. They were very professional and knowledgeable of what we needed and made the updates timely. They worked so well that the decision was made to install large monitors in the Sanctuary and connect them to our sound system. We followed Alan's guidance. Perfect! The follow up is outstanding! This company is 5 stars across the board. I highly recommend them to any and all who might need sound systems an/or visual equipment systems installed or updated.
