My agency contracted KEB Services recently for an event, and we could not have been more pleased with their service and attention to detail. We explored contracting with 3 local AV companies, and chose KEB Services. Their quote was in the mid range of all 3 quotes. Ultimately we chose them because we felt confident with their attention to detail and availability to answer our questions - no matter how small. The event involved 4 projection screens in a very large space, camera feed of speakers, an overlay of captioning for the audio, recording of the event, and partnering with the onsite Audio folks that the venue required us to use. KEB was contracted to be onsite for a total of 13 hours to allow time for 2 "rehearsal/run-throughs" of our program before our event. They were responsive at every point of our planning process including an advance site visit to the venue. They mentioned during planning that some of our requests were unique for various reasons and involved a few elements they did not regularly work with. I am pleased to say they did their homework and came well prepared. Kenny (KEB) was willing to explain and justify their decisions on what was appropriate for our event, which was greatly appreciated. At every step along the way their professionalism was top notch! I cannot express the depth of my gratitude for the AWESOME job they did with our event. Our entire program went off without a hitch. I would absolutely recommend KEB Services to other groups/businesses looking to hire an AV company. Thanks KEB Services, for a job well done!!

We were having multiple issues with our sound system at Community Baptist church in Greensboro. Kenny came and he had great ideas to upgrade our system. He gave us a great estimate that we were very pleased with. The installation was flawless and quick. And they cleaned up afterwards. Our in house and livestream sound is so much better! We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We stumbled upon them and it was wonderful! They quickly diagnosed our school's sound system issue and put a plan in place to resolve it. The staff are very professional and did a fantastic job with a quick turn around. I highly recommend them! (Greensboro Academy)
