Love working with this company. They’re so accommodating and helpful through the entire event planning process. They are prompt in communication as well as timely and efficient with setup/breakdown. They’ve helped us pull off two incredible parties sand have minimized stress on both occasions. They’ve got a hard-working crew with such kind, respectable attitudes. So appreciative!

Jump CSRA is the absolute best! We rented a waterslide for a birthday party. The whole rental process was quick & easy. They answered all of my questions & kept me updated on the time of delivery. The waterslide was the highlight of the party. We will be doing more business with them.

We had an amazing experience renting a bounce house with Jump CSRA! From the very beginning, the customer service was top-notch! They were friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive. Communication was clear and timely every step of the way, which made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Delivery was thoughtful and punctual, with the team making sure everything was set up safely and exactly where we wanted it. The bounce house itself was clean, in excellent condition, and a huge hit with the kids and adults. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun, hassle-free experience!

I booked a reservation recently (deposit was half) now I cant get a hold of them. I have been calling, texting, emailing for days...NO ANSWER. At this point, I just want a refund. They can send automated invoices, but are unreachable. Go with a company who won't ghost you...I used them last year and they were great which is why this is so frustrating.

Great company. They came out set everything up and explained everything we needed to know about the rental. They dropped off at 11 am and picked up the following afternoon so the birthday girl got a ton of time on the bounce house. The whole process was smooth and I would definitely recommend and use again :-) thank you jump csra for making my daughter's birthday a great day!!
