Jax Party Company was really easy to work with. I was able to get all my products ordered on time and the process was seamless and pretty quick. Although I ordered months in advance, I was able to confirm delivery the day before and the gentlemen were on time and worked neatly and quickly. The tent size I ordered (20x30) was unavailable, so I got the 30x40 and no extra charge. The tent fit perfectly in my yard and there weren’t any trip hazards. The chairs and tables were in good condition, and the table cloths looked like they were just dry cleaned. The fact that the set up and breakdown is full service is top tier. I would have no issue using this service again. The team is truly awesome.

The company was responsive and rented us exactly the correct size tent that we needed. It was of great quality and very versatile with the sides on and off. The folks who set up the tent were professional, timely, and very communicative. We could not have asked for a better experience.

I rented the clear champagne wall from Friday to Monday. It was a great deal, Sharona showed me how to break it down and made the process smooth. Everyone loved it and just thought it was so cute. I will definitely use them again.
