Larry and his team are the best! Everything from booking to setup was smooth and professional. They arrived on time, set everything up quickly, and made sure everything was safe and secure for the kids. The bounce house itself was super clean and in great condition, which I really appreciated. The kids had an amazing time and stayed entertained for hours. It honestly made the whole event so much easier and more fun. Highly recommend if you’re planning a party or event for kids. Will definitely be using them again!

I do not recommend this bounce house company. Overall theme...Dirty/moldy waterslide, late delivery, and extremely poor communication! We rented a waterslide for my daughters birthday party on 4/18/26 (I waited a month to post this to give Larry a chance to contact me after I left him several texts and voicemails). It started out great with a message stating they could drop off early day before due to a busy weekend. We accepted and Im like ok, cool. They gave us a time window over text between noon-5pm for drop off, but didnt show up until 7:45pm (no call/text prior). Thats when it kept going downhill. It was a dual blower slide due to the size and apparently, they grabbed an undersized fan and it wouldn't inflate all the way. Antwon said he would be back first thing in the morning to swap it out (I asked what first thing was and he said 10am). Next day arrives and its approaching 1100 and still had not heard from them on the replacement blower. We called Larry and left a voicemail that the party was starting at noon. They called back stating they would be there in 45mins. They arrived and set up the blower and it worked. It was clearly dirty and moldy smelling though from the previous use so I asked if it was going to be cleaned before the kids could use it. They obliged and asked if we had any towels, cleaning supplies, and a broom they could borrow to clean it since they were not prepared for that. Seriously??? Its now 1230 and they were still cleaning while the kids waited. They finished the best they could and said they would be back after 6pm to get the slide. Again, 7pm rolls around with no call/text, no show. I figured they got busy and would be there the next day. Fast forward to Sunday, I had some errands to run, but my wife stayed home in case they came to get the slide to ensure the back gates were open. I finished my errands about noon and was pulling in as they had most of the slide rolled up. I didnt realize at the time that they had rolled up both of my 100ft extension cords and put them on their trailer (after I told them the day before that they could use my personal extension cords due to placement). I figured they had set them aside somewhere, but that was my mistake. I walked into the house to get them a bottle of water since it was hot and as I was coming back out they had the slide on the trailer and were already pulling off. Little did I know they had made a huge rut turning around in my yard from their truck and managed to drive right thru my firepit knocking the blocks over. No big deal as they can easily be restacked. I called Larry and left a voicemail followed by a text about the firepit and missing extension cords. As mentioned above its been over a month and no reply (even though I can see the text was read). Probably wont ever see my extension cords again either. Shame on them for their poor product and service. I do not recommend them.

We rented a bounce house for my granddaughter Vanessa’s fifth birthday and she had a blast with all her cousins. Thank you for allowing us to have it for an extra day. Also, we ended up having it for the whole weekend. You guys are awesome.

Because of the craziness of this Global COVID-19 Pandemic, it'd been very difficult for our family to spend some quality time together to celebrate our grandkids birthdays until today. Our grand daughter Cherise's 8th birthday was on August 13th, while her brother, our grandson, Jermari's 7th birthday was on August 5th. Trying to coordinate everything with everyone's work schedules can be chaotic at times. Thankfully, when I'd called Mr. Allen yesterday to make our reservation for today, he was very pleasant to talk to, accommodating & very helpful with our last minute reservation for the Ultra Bucket Splash waterslide & "Happy Birthday" bounce house rentals. As he is the owner & proprietor of Jacksonville Bounce House, I'd trusted his advice & suggestions on his inventory when I'd informed him that it was just for our 3 grandchildren, their parents, our youngest daughter, my husband & myself. He'd even given us a 10% military discount & because we didn't live too far from their warehouse we weren't charged any delivery or set up fees. To which I'm very grateful for. Most businesses that I'd contracted in the past would've taken advantage of me charging me extra for a last minute reservation & they'd intentionally tried to get me to pay for units that are far more expensive than I'd expected to lease for a children's party. But, Mr. Allen, was the total opposite! He was literally trying to give me more discounts & he'd even had his worker drop off our rentals as early as 8am. If our grandkids had slept over the night before, they would've taken full advantage of the early drop off. But, I'd told my daughter that our reservation was from noon to 6pm. So, they didn't come over until almost noon. But, TRUST ME when I tell you that our grandkids LOVED IT! If it weren't for the lightning & thunder at about 4:30pm, I think our grandbabies would've played & swam until their lips were blue. Even our 1 year old grandson, Jaylen, LOVED playing in the bounce house. He didn't care too much for the waterslide, but he did love playing in the little pool area at the bottom of the waterslide. For the exception of myself, the other 4 adults in our family & a friend of our youngest daughter from her Command ALL LOVED playing with the kids in each of the units. Thank you so very much Jacksonville Bounce House Rentals for helping our family create more AMAZING Heartstring memories together. EVERYTHING was perfect!

Larry and his crew are THE BEST!!! They show up ahead of time, are the sweetest to interact with (even when the heat of the day is BRUTAL) and have incredible customer service. Thank you so much for making our 13th b-day party a fun success!! Highly recommend!!
