When I decided on an emerald green and a copper for my fall wedding I didn't realize how hard it would be to find wedding things in my color palette. Victoria was the only person that could make my dream come true! Every detail was tied together so well because of the velvet emerald green table clothes, copper silverware, and all copper chafers! Definitely details that people noticed, and it would not have been possible without In Good Company Rentals. Victoria was so patient when helping me decide table set ups, glassware, etc. I would recommend them to everyone for any event! Everything came together exactly how I pictured it!

Completely unprofessional, with no explanation 5 months later as to why the wrong plates were delivered to our wedding. --- Our wedding was November 25th 2022, and it is now 5 months later in April 2023 that we still have not received any explanation from Ms. Victoria Cullimore as to why the wrong plates were delivered to our wedding. — 8/8/2022 - The attached photo is the table setting with a blue plate is what I chose in person with Ms. Victoria Cullimore. 10/25/2022 - Wedding day. My mother and our food caterer (who referred us to In Good Company) tried to call Ms. Victoria Cullimore the day of the wedding when the wrong plates arrived (plain white plates with gold rim) and she did not answer her phone. My mother attempted to call, left voicemails, and sent emails for months after the wedding through 2/6/2023 with no response. I attempted to call and left a voicemail, with no response. I even mailed her a letter and received no response. — 2/14/2023 - I sent the following email to Ms. Victoria Cullimore and received no response. “I’m reaching out in the hopes you can share what happened on our wedding day 11-25-2022. I was disappointed to see that there weren’t even enough blue printed plates (Jinji) for the wedding party at the head table, when it was supposed to be for all the guests. This was one of the parts of the wedding I was most excited for our guests to experience and I am disappointed we weren’t even given a heads up, and still have not received an explanation even with my mom, Becky Popham, reaching out to you multiple times. In addition to paying more for the Jinji peacock plates than the ones that were delivered (Camelia Gold - white plates with gold rim).” — As bad as it was to not receive the plates we ordered, it is even worse to not receive any explanation whatsoever. It is completely unprofessional, especially after all this time.

Zero stars if I could. I was hopeful when I found In Good Company on Google - beautiful rental items to help elevate my wedding. However, nearly a month later I was still waiting on my quote. I reached out 6 times - once to get my original quote, once to follow up because I didn’t receive anything, once to add items, again via telephone (straight to voicemail), and two more times to try to get my updated quote so I could tie up loose ends for my wedding. Victoria continually blew me off and fed me excuse after excuse and the promise to get the information I requested. In all truth, I probably dodged a bullet by taking my business elsewhere. I recommend anyone interested in this business to do the same.

We used In Good Company for our plate, utensil, and catering rentals at our wedding. Victoria had us come to pick out what we wanted and her shop had everything! She has so many options and they’re all beautiful.

In good company was amazing! They had a bunch of different options to choose from and all of their stuff was beautiful! Victoria was very easy to work with and she always answered all of my calls. They delivered everything to my venue the day of which took stress off of me! I highly highly recommend!:)
