This is the first time I ever rented a bounce house, I highly recommend Gator Jump. It was so easy to setup the rental online. The day of the party they dropped off earlier then the requested time at no additional charge and picked up on time. The two women the did the drop off and pick up was very professional. If I ever decide to rent a bounce house again Gator Jump is who I will go too. Thanks again Gator Jump for making my granddaughter birthday a huge success!!!

The girls setting up were SO kind! What was expected of us was clear and concise. The bouncer was very clean and the set up was great! I wish I had been given a more precise pick up time so we could’ve gotten more use out of it, but I’m sure it’s a bit of a shuffle to schedule weekend pick-ups so it wasn’t a big deal :)

Just wanted to share our awesome experience with Gator Jump. We rented a water slide for our family get-together and it was perfect! The service was prompt, the slide was clean and in great condition, and honestly—we all had an amazing time. The kids (and adults!) had a blast all day long. We’ll definitely be renting from Gator Jump again and highly recommend them to our family and friends. Thanks for making our day so much fun!

I'm not gonna lie, Gator Jump wasn't my first reservation. The place I booked first cancelled shortly before my kid's party without much warning and I was left scrambling to replace them. Somebody at work recommended Gator and I went with it. I'm very happy that I did. The reservation experience was simple yet professional. Everything was very logically laid out and straight-forward. The women who delivered our water slide were efficient and professional, arriving in the previously-agreed window. The slide was nice and new, and the kids had a blast. They're going to definitely be my first call from now on.

The service was amazing! They were here to setup and pick up when they said they would be. Everything was quick and efficient. The crew was very nice and knowledgeable. Would use Gator Jump again!
