Unfortunately, our experience with this rental company was disappointing. We rented a dance floor and were told it would include a “subfloor,” which I understood to mean a protective layer under the floor to level it over gravel. We’ve had a dance floor from another company in the exact same location, and they used a padded base beneath it ,so I had no reason to expect this one would be raised like a stage. What we got was a platform raised on one side 10 inches off the ground (see photo). That was never communicated and would’ve been a dealbreaker for us. It created a safety concern, especially for my mom, who is visually impaired. I would have never agreed to this setup had I known what “subfloor” actually meant in their terms. Additionally, the floor was not centered where we clearly requested, and the crew had to return to reposition it. While unloading the chairs they backed into one of our outdoor lighting poles, pulling a staked support out of the ground. It wasn’t a hard fix, but it was another unnecessary hassle. Planning an event is already stressful, and miscommunications like this, especially ones that affect safety, should be taken seriously. The amount of money I spent through this company should have been a stress free experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company unless they improve communication and attention to detail. I also added the wooden dance floor photos that we used from another company previously (who is now out of business) again same spot.

I ordered tables and chairs for my wedding. They were delivered worn and dirty. Many had mold on them. Some had food on them from previous events. Before ordering I specifically asked if they would arrive in good shape and clean. Kasey assured me they would be. When I called to let them know how dissatisfied I was with them all they did was offer to bring different chairs, which I had no time for. Although the girls that work there are very sweet, the quality of what they offer is terrible.

I could not be happier with my experience with Rothchild. They were super attentive to my needs, being very quick to answer the phone (no hold times!) and send emails when needed. We rented all purpose goblets, wine glasses, flatware, a table & linen and two chairs for our wedding and all the products were as described and delivered in the correct quantities. The delivery guy (Fernando) was super fast and he had the table and chairs with the linen set out on top before I could blink an eye! I must have had wedding brain because I forgot to tip him until after the wedding but the staff was very accommodating and made sure that he got his tip :) Also, their prices are much cheaper than their local competitor (just sayin') Thank you Rothchild!

The booking experience was smooth and everything was delivered pretty much on time. The guys setting things up were great. However, we had a strict 10am checkout and they did not come on time which caused a bunch of stress for us. They charge a hefty fee for weekend pickup, but didn't show up on time, which was super disappointing.
