Our company Flare Event Design has been doing business with Doug Olinde, LLC for the past several years. We decided to contact them for an upcoming Sweet 16 for a young lady that was diagnosed at birth with Craniofacial Syndrome. The doctors didn't expect her to live beyond 3 months but with God's grace and strong supportive parents she celebrated her Sweet 16th surrounded by family, friends and even some of her doctors. When I contacted Doug Olinde, LLC I told them about the young lady's story and that we wanted to make it really special. They immediately said yes and donated us 80 of the beautiful chaivari chairs that helped make the party amazing. It was hot, off the beaten path, and last minute but these guys pulled it off. I ordered outdoor AC units and fans from them to make sure my sister-in-laws cake (and guests) didn't melt during her reception. Everything worked wonderfully and I could not have asked for a better experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Doug Olinde and his staff! We rented tents, lights, chairs, dance floor, fans, table and tablecloths for our daughter's outdoor wedding in mid September. Between hurricanes and extra guests putting a few kinks in our plans, Doug and Monique reassured us that last minute changes would be no problem. When we had a couple of minor issues (one of which was our own fault) repair people immediately made the 30 minute drive to Prairieville and quickly resolved our problem. The crew that delivered and set up were friendly, prompt and efficient. Their flexibility made wedding planning a lot less stressful.

Repeat customer! 2nd time renting from Olinde's for personal use and they were just as amazing as the 1st. Huge shoutout to Monique B. A true problem solver mixed with incredible people skills. She made our experience a smooth one during quite the busy season. Will absolutely rent from Doug Olinde again! Tables, chairs and linens were perfect! Thank you!

Recently, I reached out to Doug Olinde for rentals for my upcoming wedding. Ty Smith responded to me and was INCREDIBLY condescending and rude. I have never been led to leave a review before, but I had to warn any Bride or Wedding Planner looking for rental services to look elsewhere. I see now that there are plenty of reviews stating their condescending and disrespectful attitudes. Obviously there is a pattern.
