I had an amazing experience with this camera rental service. Lydia was incredibly helpful and supportive from the beginning. She truly went above and beyond to try to help me with an issue I had with my gear, and I really appreciated her kindness and patience. Patrick, their technician, also stepped in and was able to remove a stuck adapter from my camera very quickly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the process. Overall, I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend this place to any photographer who needs reliable gear and great customer service.

Amazing company! The owner and staff are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and renting gear is so easy through them. Their gear has always been in great shape and well taken care of when I’ve rented through them. I completely missed my drop off day for a lens I was renting, and they went above and beyond to quickly respond and work with me when I realized my mistake, and never once made me feel bad about it. Best customer service experience I have had in a long time.
