Attempted to rent a bounce house for my three year olds birthday party and I did. I payed in full and everything. I then receive a confirmation email A WEEK BEFORE the party with the wrong address. I correct it and might I add it took me resending it three times for the girl to finally spell “knight” correctly. Then suddenly they add a fee because they don’t typically deliver to my town. The address they had was still in the same town they just messed up the spelling and the numbers…but I was willing to pay the $30 fee. Suddenly in the middle of this chaotic mess I try to call them because this was all over text. They don’t answer. Then I get a text saying “this is the manager I’m going to have to cancel and refund your order we don’t deliver to your town”. IKYFL. I payed in full and booked a month in advance then they are canceling on my exactly a week before the party. I will never attempt to rent a bounce house again ever. We bought one. It’s a better deal. Thankful for my quick refund though!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Both the delivery and pickup teams were professional and courteous. I will glad use you service again in the future. The kids had an absolute blast. Thank you for making water day awesome for the kids.

Kendall and Chase were an amazing team that came out and set up the dual lane water slide! They put the slide up exactly where I wanted it and even made sure to put the tarp between the slide and pool to decrease the amount of debris in the pool! The kids had a blast all weekend on the slide. The kids wanted to note that the velcro was the good kind that didn’t scratch you! Thank you!!

This is our fourth time renting from celebration party rental for inflatables. We usually get the bouncy house combination with a slide my kids love it for their birthday parties because their friends play on it for hours at a time without stopping. The delivery and rentals is flawless they come and set everything up without having, any issues. We had Jacob, Zack, and Rick pick up for us today and as always, everything was wonderful. I’m a forever customer.

This is our fourth time using Celebration Party Rentals for an event and we are always more than satisfied with the product(s), the customer service and the punctuality. The staff is always so courteous, professional and punctual, they call/text when they are on the way for drop-off and pick-up and they are so respectful of our property. The products are always so clean and well kept, it makes us feel so comfortable allowing children to play on them. We are and will continue to be return customers. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.
