We have partnered with Carolina Sound, Stage & Lighting, since 2023, for several of our multi-day town hall meetings, and they consistently deliver excellent service. They are highly flexible with scheduling and readily accommodate changes in dates or last-minute requests. Danny and his team are always professional, responsive, and ensure each setup goes smoothly. This company is the best in Charlotte. Danny and his crew are truly professional. From full AV setup with even lighting as an option or just a simple stage for my backyard event they were prepared for it. Make sure you are prepared and know what you are looking for when you call because they want to give you what you are looking for. You pay for quality and you get quality.

UPDATED 10/28/25 I dropped this and forgot about this due to moving on with life but working with my marketing team and found this review on our GBP and Danny Diaz just seems to have an issue with me. I personally don't know you and never meet you. We wanted and needed help for our customer. Picture attached from of his post on our GBP. I would love to discuss this with you come to a resolution that we both can come out positively ahead. Original Post : Called to ask some basic questions and for help and was cut off and told to call someone else. I understand whomever answered the phone may have been busy with another task, but I did have follow questions that I was unable to ask.

Danny at Carolina SSL is the BEST. Customer service is fantastic - they responded quickly to every email. The staging, lighting, and sound equipment we rented looked perfect. Highly recommend working with these guys. I will definitely be doing so again.
