From start to finish we had an incredible experience. I would almost never want to tell anyone how good of an experience we got because I almost want it all to myself. However, praise is due tenfold for the whole team. The online reservation process was very straight forward and user-friendly. I booked our reservation a month in advance and felt like the pricing was very fair. We booked for a Saturday party and got lucky with getting a drop off on Friday and p/u on Sunday. However, we did need to rearrange to confirm someone would be there for the early drop off (which was not an issue for us). It just worked out for us this way. The team texted us to let us know when they were about 25 mins away. Upon delivery, we had Isaac and Dylan. They were courteous and kind. They did ask if we had our own extension cord (we did not have one readily available), but they provided one for us. Before they left, they ensured everything was working properly and noted that our (dino) banner for the medieval castle would be delivered before the start of our party time as they did not initially have it. However, I realized that we were lucky enough to get a drop off on Friday, and they would p/u Sunday, I stated to them to not worry about making a third trip on Saturday. So we did not have the dino banner, but it was perfect without a banner! Also, my son was none the wiser since this was a surprise. During the party we did have an issue with the cords. Where the cord of the bounce house met the extension cord - the ground popped out. We were able to properly remove it from the extension cord and plug it in to a new one, but there was the possibility that if the power tripped we would need to reset our breaker. Through out this, I had already spoken with someone on the phone from Bounce E House and they notified me that they could be on there way over within the hour. Additionally, they provided a contact number to text with pictures to try to address the issue remotely. I was truly in awe of how attentive every staff member had been. Again, we did not have a continued issue, but it seems that they would have made sure if something was not working properly, they would ensure the success of the rental. I should also note I had paid for the damage waiver just in case, but as the issue was trying to be resolved, the staff did not ask if I had it and immediately went to resolution mode. I appreciate that and it seems like all renters should note they are in exceptional hands. During p/u, we were notified by text that they would be there within 15 mins. I should also note, we were able to use our reservation portal to leave a tip. Everything from reserving, to drop off, to use, to pick up was incredible. I would highly recommend and if the need arises would rent from Bounce E House again!

We love Bounce E Bounce. They always deliver our fun jumps earlier than expected which allows my children to use them for longer. The fun jumps are always clean and in perfect condition. We will always use Bounce E Bounce!

Rented your 15ft Water Slide, It was perfect! The Kids Loved It 😊 Delivery, Setup and Pick Up was Great! Very Friendly, I had a question about the slide and Blake was Very Helpful! Thank Y’all for making my Grandson’s 9th Birthday Awesome!!

Bounce E Bounce arrived on time, set up went smoothly, and they handled a small issue quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the 3 sports inflatables for our large event.

I used Bounce E Bounce for my children’s joint party back in March & they were amazing! They were very great with dropping off & picking up & very easy to work with! Will definitely be booking with them again in the future & the next time i need a jump! :)
