3 months agoI will definitely rent from BounceBoyz again for any party needs. The chair I ordered were delivered promptly and the owner was very professional and personable. I received a call to confirm delivery and a text when the delivery was 30 min out. Chairs were in excellent condition and the owner brought water and a rag to clean them before leaving. Also, BounceBoyz offered the most affordable option.

3 months agoExcellent service and the staff was top notch! Their communication was above and beyond, plus delivery and pickup were made very easy. We rented the butterfly combo and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. 10/10 would recommend, and we will be back!

2 months agoI recommend anyone renting chairs inspect everything at delivery. We rented the 10'x20' Tent package with 2 extra tables and extra chairs to get 32 chairs. Our delivery was the evening before the event for no extra charge, which was great and pickup was timely. However, the morning of our fancy baby shower, we noticed all the chairs were dirty with dirt or mold along the top and coffee and/or punch stains on many of the seats. Everything cleaned off but it took my husband an hour to wipe down the 32 chairs. At pick up we were told they would have delivered replacement clean chairs if we had asked. We were just trying to get everything set up when we discovered that none of the chairs had been cleaned. I don't think they attempted to clean the chairs before delivery.
