We chose bounce a roo for a team event. We ordered two 20x20 tents and a bungee basketball inflatable. We received a call the day before stating that they didn’t have the tents but said they would bring tents that would be equivalent to the 20x20’s. On the day of the event, they set up the inflatable which was so filthy even though they say they clean the inflatables after each rental. The tents that were equivalent to the 20x20s are pictured below. We were highly unsatisfied by these tents. We were charged $500 for these tents when we could have easily went to Walmart and got these same tents for less. They didn’t put any thought into how the tents would need to be set up but literally placed them randomly. When we called regarding a refund they said they would need the supervisors approval to return our money and would call us back. We haven’t received a call from them yet. Needless to say we will not be renting from bounce-a-roo ever again.

We reserved a bounce house (including delivery fee) for a neighborhood event and paid in advance as required. The bounce house was not delivered and there was no answer when I called them as the party started. They didn’t return my call until after the party was over to apologize and ask if I still wanted it. They said their truck had issues earlier and they weren’t able to deliver.

Rented the slide for our little ones birthday and it was a hit. The staff was very professional and it was a very easy process. We will definitely be looking to use them again in the future.

Disappointed with our bounce house. We ordered a Paw Patrol panel(theme) to match our daughters requested party theme and a generic dirty and sandy bounce house was delivered. The unit also was missing a step block to get to the top of the slide so the smaller kids were unable to enjoy it. Overall communication was a bit lacking as well.

Posting again with an edit: Called the company the Monday after party, who said the refund had to be approved by the owner and that it would be processed within the week. It has now been over 2 months, & still no refund!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! If I could give zero stars, trust me, I would! This has been an absolute nightmare experience! I ordered a bounce house/slide combo weeks ago. Even spoke with some to confirm it was ordered and that it would be delivered prior to my child’s party, which they did confirm. 2 days before the party, I received a call saying that it would be delivered on Friday (day before party) due to having a lot of deliveries the next day. That was fine; however, come Friday, I never received a call. Saturday morning, around 7:30ish, I receive a call that the bounce house combo I ordered was actually broken and that they would just be bringing a slide. Not what I ordered, I needed a bounce house as well due to having younger kids that may not be able to do a slide. They agreed to bring a bouncy and the slide and confirmed the delivery would be here well before the party (11am). 10am rolls around, no one is here to set up the slide. I tried calling multiple times, finally was able to get in touch with someone around 10:45 and was told they were just now leaving Brandon (a good 40+ minutes from my home). Party started at 11, no slide. Finally showed up around 11:40ish and all they brought was a bouncy that was FILTHY!!! Mud all over it, had not been cleaned. & to top it off, it was pink/purple… & this was for a little boys birthday party! Talk about a total nightmare. After 20+ minute effort from the guy setting it up, the slide doesn’t even blow up properly on top of being so dirty. I tell him to just forget about it and take it down. He then leaves with the trailer and disgusting bounce house still in my yard. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! This was a total disaster. Never again!
