It’s obvious they have extensive experience in the wedding industry—the entire process was seamless, organized, and so much fun for our guests. The quality of the photos, the setup, and the overall experience exceeded every expectation. I would 100% book them again—11/10 recommend!

The photo booth itself was such a hit — the quality of the photos were amazing, and our guests had the best time! Highly recommend!!

6 months agoThe Bai booth was a fantastic addition to our wedding! Due to the potential rain, we had to last-minute ditch the backdrop to set it up in our preferred location, but it added more character to the pictures. Overall Bai Booth enhanced the guest experience, and the print quality was excellent. Thank you !

7 months agoUnfortunately, I did not have the experience I was hoping for with this rental company. 1. I had asked the day before that the fence at the venue be used as the backdrop instead of the white sheet, and the day of the wedding, Lauryn and I agreed to having the photo booth using the fence. Upon arriving at the venue for the reception once I was finally able to start doing other things after pictures, first thing I noticed was that the white backdrop was in front of the fence with the LED name sign on top of it, when earlier that day, we had agreed to using the fence with the LED sign on it instead. It wasn’t until after the first hour of the booth being used that I was finally able to let the girl working the booth know that the white backdrop was not supposed to be set up. 2. Looking back at my pictures now from that night, as soon as the switch from the white backdrop to the fence was made, the LED sign was no longer plugged in. So for the rest of the pictures taken that night using the background I had actually asked for, the sign wasn’t even on. And that was the whole point of buying the LED sign 🤦🏼♀️ 3. The booth was down due to malfunctions for around 20+ minutes, as I kept on having guests come up to me telling me they wanted to get a picture with me at the Photo Booth once it was working again. The booth attendant was trying all she could but still wasn’t able to figure out how to fix it, so the owner had to come before anyone was able to use it without malfunctioning. 4. They have four themes to choose from for the pictures. I chose the modern theme and had just assumed that everything was going to be exactly as shown on their website, hence the whole point of having to choose a theme. Anyways, an entirely different font from what was displayed on the website was used and didn’t even include the date on the photos as shown on their website. I specifically chose one of the themes that showed the date on it thinking it would be standard.. really did not think I would need to include that in the details of “what would you like your print to say” when the date of the event is asked on the form. 5. I had asked for the pictures to be printed in color, but until I finally had a chance to go to the photo both, probably close to an hour after it was already being used by guests, the prints were being printed in b&w. If it were just one of these 5 things that happened to go wrong with the photo booth that night, I wouldn’t have even bothered to make a post. Although the attendant and owner were willing to make the changes to the things that were incorrect when brought to their attention, I still should not have had to worry about any of those things happening, and having to be corrected DURING the event. Only giving it 2 stars bc the owner talked to me once she got to venue letting me know that she wasn’t going to charge for the other $350… 😕- still disappointing bc there were so many things that went wrong or incorrect details. Even though they said that we didn’t have to pay the other half of the payment, it is still disappointing because I would have gladly paid the entire price to have gotten what I asked for/what is shown on the website, because after all, it was my wedding day which I stressed so much over for the entire year leading up for each tiny detail that went into it.
