Great rental items. Have used them several times. Good follow up after booking. Giving slightly than less perfect rating because for my last event, they were late to drop off items and I had to call them to inquire ETA, versus them communicating with me that they would be late. :-)

Everything went really well! The soccer dart inflatable was a huge hit at the event. The delivery team was respectful and had everything set up quickly and professionally. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very polite, responsive, and provided great customer service. The only minor issue was the late pickup, but she went above and beyond to make it right—personally coming to the park so I didn’t have to wait too long. That was extremely thoughtful and appreciated. I’ll definitely use them again for any future rentals.

I had such an amazing experience with backyard bouncing. It was so easy to book online and easy to get them on the phone to clarify logistics of the event. They came through with extra extension cords when I did not have quite enough. They set everything up and tore it down right on schedule swiftly and efficiently. I will be using backyard bouncing again! Thanks you guys!!
