AV Universal saved my life earlier this month when I needed to get equipment and tech support for a last-minute corporate function. Their prices were reasonable and their equipment first rate, but it was their customer support and insight into my needs that really won me over. Lahcen was able to anticipate all my wants/needs before I was even aware of them myself, and he was able to provide the extra equipment and service necessary to ensure my event was seamless from start to finish. We recently used AV Universal LLC for a business, leadership offsite of about 130 attendees. The event was held in a large ballroom setting in a large venue. We had a mix of AV needs as different speakers required a slightly different set-up. AV Universal's point of contact met us at the site of the meeting a month before to help plan out the AV needs given the space we were working with. I am not well versed in AV so I truly appreciated this. The AV Universal team efficiently set up the room where it was 100% ready to go early the morning of our event. They provided an extremely helpful and proficient tech to work our event from start to finish. He went above and beyond, helping our conference team in any way he could, even outside of his AV duties which was extremely appreciated. When speakers needed a last minute AV adjustment, he quickly pivoted to get them what they needed. The entire event went off without a hitch. I will definitely be using AV Universal again and highly recommend them for your upcoming event.
